Meet Sarah #1
Finance Queen, Problem Solver & People Person
When it comes to finance, Sarah #1 is the real deal. With over 20 years in the industry, she’s helped hundreds of clients reach their property goals, whether that’s buying their dream home, exploring refinancing options, or navigating more complex home loan pathways with confidence and clarity.
Sarah’s superpower? Making home loans feel clearer and less overwhelming. She’s got that rare mix of deep industry knowledge, serious attention to detail and a warm, friendly vibe that instantly puts people at ease. She’ll happily explain a mortgage three different ways if it helps you feel confident about your choices and she’ll probably make you laugh while she’s at it.
Having worked in banking before stepping into the mortgage broker world, Sarah brings a well rounded understanding of how the lending system works and how to help clients navigate it with confidence. She’s not about cookie cutter home loan solutions. She listens, understands and helps clients explore loan options based on their individual circumstances and needs.
When she’s not chatting with lenders or comparing home loan rates, you’ll find Sarah enjoying time with her husband and pups, relaxing with a good book, or fuelling her caffeine habit (always with a coffee in hand!).

Meet Alyce
Detail Queen & our First Home Buyer Superstar
With three years of hands on experience in the finance world and a natural flair for helping people, our Broker #2 Alyce is everything you want in a mortgage broker. Meticulous, approachable and 100 percent dedicated to getting things done right.
She’s our first home buyer specialist, guiding clients from home loan pre-approval to settlement with complete clarity and care. Whether you’re applying for your very first home loan or looking to review your current home loan and explore refinancing options, Alyce makes the process clear, supportive and (dare we say it) even a little fun.
Known for dotting every ‘i’, crossing every ‘t’ and ensuring nothing gets missed, Alyce’s thoroughness and organisation mean your your home loan application is in very capable hands.
She’s got the patience of a saint, the knowledge of a seasoned pro and the humour of a stand-up comedian. Alyce knows that buying your first home is exciting but it can also be overwhelming so she takes the time to walk you through every detail until you feel confident and in control.
Outside of work, Alyce lives in Seymour with her husband, their fur baby and her stepdaughter (who’s just as cool as she is).
All brains, heart and hustle, Alyce will be your biggest cheerleader on your home loan journey.
Meet Sarah #2
Settlement Superwoman & Creative Director
Every dream team needs that one person who keeps things running seamlessly behind the scenes and at Two Broker Girls, that’s Sarah #2.
Officially known as Chappy, she’s our Settlement Superwoman, making sure every home loan settlement progresses like clockwork. From chasing banks and liaising with solicitors to keeping clients updated and calm, Sarah is the glue that holds it all together once your mortgage application is underway.
She’s also our creative powerhouse, the mind behind our client's experience magic. From designing our signboards to curating those gorgeous settlement gift boxes, she ensures every home loan client feels seen, appreciated and celebrated.
Now, with her Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking under her belt, Sarah #2 is stepping even deeper into the finance world, bringing fresh insight and sharp thinking to our mortgage broker team.
Outside work, she’s the mum everyone wishes they had, all heart, all hugs, all warmth. She’s quick-witted, endlessly helpful and laser focused when it counts. Clients love her for her warmth, efficiency and behind the scenes magic that makes every mortgage refinance or property loan feel effortless.
Sarah is the quiet powerhouse every home loan borrower needs in their corner.
Meet Ashlee
Numbers Queen & Tax Return Translator
Meet Ash, our Credit Analyst and the numbers-loving brain helping bring every TBG loan application together behind the scenes.
With around 10 years of experience in credit, Ash knows what makes a strong application and has a brilliant eye for the finer details. She works closely with our brokers to assess servicing, review financials and help navigate even the trickier lending scenarios.
Her specialty? Tax returns. Ash can read them inside and out which is a talent the rest of us are very happy to leave in her capable hands! Whether it’s understanding complex income or making sense of pages of figures, she has a knack for turning financial information into a clear pathway forward.
Ash joined TBG after returning from maternity leave following the arrival of her second daughter, bringing a wealth of knowledge, a calm approach and one seriously clever numbers brain to the team.
Outside work, Ash lives on acreage with her husband and two daughters, along with a collection of furry family members scattered throughout the paddocks.
Smart, thorough and fluent in financials, Ash is the numbers expert every great loan application needs.
Meet Stacey
Creative Mind & Organisational Queen
Meet Stacey, our Social Media and Office Manager and the creative force working behind the scenes to keep Two Broker Girls looking fabulous and running smoothly.
After spending 15 years in real estate, Stacey brought her industry knowledge, organisational skills and love of all things creative to TBG. She looks after our social media and marketing, helps bring our events and community initiatives to life, manages the office and supports the team with a little bit of everything in between.
From planning content and capturing the TBG personality online to organising client gifts, appointments, sponsorships and office projects, Stacey is usually the one turning an idea mentioned in passing into something real. She loves finding creative ways to make finance feel more approachable, relatable and most importantly, a little more fun.
Although she may be the quietest one in the office, her colourful ideas and eye for detail can be spotted in almost everything we do. She’s happiest when she’s designing, planning or pulling together something that makes people feel welcomed and looked after.
Outside TBG, Stacey loves fashion, design and strength training, a passion she has had since she was 14. Most of her time is spent with her husband, her two children and Sunny, the family bulldog, who is never too far from the action.
Her office essentials include a pink sugar-free V, a good playlist and approximately 47 tabs open at once.
